Lusttalks is a chatting and social communication platform providing text chat, voice calling and video calling services. The Platform is operated by CHAN ENTERPRISE.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Lusttalks application, website and related services. By registering for, accessing or using Lusttalks, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must meet the applicable minimum legal age requirements to use Lusttalks.

You agree to:

Provide accurate information during registration.
Maintain accurate account information.
Use your own account.
Not impersonate another person.
Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Lusttalks may restrict or terminate accounts that do not meet applicable eligibility requirements.

2. About Lusttalks

Lusttalks provides online communication and social interaction features, which may include:

Text chatting
Voice calling
Video calling
User and host profiles
Virtual gifts
Coins or digital credits
Subscriptions
Other communication and social features

Lusttalks may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features from time to time.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login information.

You must not:

Share your account with another person.
Allow unauthorized access to your account.
Use another person’s account.
Provide false or misleading registration information.
Attempt to bypass Platform security.

4. Coins and Digital Credits

Lusttalks may offer coins or digital credits for use with eligible Platform features.

Coins:

Are digital credits for use within Lusttalks.
Are not legal currency.
Do not represent a bank deposit or financial instrument.
Have no independent cash value unless expressly stated by Lusttalks.
Cannot normally be exchanged for cash.
Cannot be transferred between users unless expressly permitted.
May only be used for eligible services or features.

5. Voluntary Purchases and Buyer Responsibility

All purchases on Lusttalks, including coins, subscriptions, virtual gifts and other paid services, are voluntary.

Lusttalks does not force, pressure or require any user to purchase coins, subscriptions or other paid services.

Each buyer independently decides whether to make a purchase.

Before completing a purchase, users are responsible for reviewing the displayed price, quantity, subscription period, features and other transaction information.

By voluntarily completing a purchase, the buyer confirms that the purchase was made based on their own decision and requirements.

Users should make purchases according to their own requirements and budget.

Nothing in this section limits any refund, cancellation or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

6. Subscriptions

Where Lusttalks offers subscriptions:

The applicable price and subscription period will be displayed before purchase.
Subscription features may vary depending on the selected plan.
Recurring subscriptions may renew according to applicable payment-provider or app-store terms.
Users may cancel future renewal through applicable subscription settings.
Refunds are governed by the Lusttalks Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable payment-provider/app-store rules.

7. Payments

Payments may be processed through applicable app stores, payment processors or other authorized payment providers.

Users must not manipulate payment systems, conduct fraudulent transactions, obtain paid services without authorization or exploit technical errors for financial benefit.

8. Sexual Content and Prohibited Sexual Activity

Lusttalks strictly prohibits sexual activity and sexually explicit or sexually exploitative use of the Platform.

Users and hosts must not use Lusttalks to:

Engage in or solicit sexual activity.
Offer, request or arrange sexual services or sexual transactions.
Use chats, voice calls or video calls for prostitution or paid sexual services.
Share or request sexually explicit or pornographic content where prohibited by the Platform.
Conduct sexually explicit performances or activities through the Platform.
Encourage or pressure another person to engage in sexual activity.
Request nude or sexually explicit images, videos or live performances.
Arrange an offline sexual meeting or sexual encounter through the Platform.
Use coins, gifts, subscriptions or other payments as consideration for sexual services or sexual activity.
Promote or facilitate sexual exploitation or trafficking.
Circumvent Lusttalks safety systems or restrictions relating to sexual content.

Lusttalks is a chatting and voice/video-calling platform and is not a platform for sexual services or sexual transactions.

Any account involved in prohibited sexual activity or related violations may be subject to content removal, restriction, suspension or permanent termination, and the matter may be reported to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not use Lusttalks to:

Harass, threaten or abuse another person.
Engage in bullying or intimidation.
Impersonate another person.
Commit fraud or deception.
Blackmail or threaten another user or host.
Attempt to obtain personal or financial information from another user or host.
Exchange prohibited personal contact information.
Arrange prohibited offline meetings.
Engage in unlawful activity.
Upload or transmit prohibited or unlawful content.
Attempt unauthorized access to another account.
Circumvent Platform security or restrictions.
Manipulate coins, payments, rewards or Platform systems.
Use bots, automation or other unauthorized methods.
Conduct unauthorized commercial activity or spam.
Record, reproduce or distribute communications where prohibited by law or Platform rules.

10. Personal and Financial Information

For safety and privacy reasons, users and hosts should not request, exchange or disclose personal or financial information through Lusttalks, including mobile numbers, WhatsApp numbers, personal email addresses, home addresses, social-media contact details, bank account information or UPI IDs.

11. User and Host Interactions

Lusttalks provides communication tools but does not guarantee the identity, intentions, statements or conduct of another user or host.

Users are responsible for their own interactions and should exercise appropriate caution.

12. Safety Complaints and Investigations

Lusttalks may investigate reports involving harassment, threats, fraud, impersonation, blackmail, abuse, prohibited sexual activity, unauthorized activity, payment misuse or other safety violations.

Where legally permitted or required, Lusttalks may preserve relevant records and cooperate with police, law-enforcement authorities, regulators or legal proceedings.

13. Suspension and Termination

Lusttalks may restrict, suspend or terminate an account for violations of these Terms, including prohibited sexual activity, harassment, fraud, threats, illegal activity, payment abuse or security violations.

Where legally permitted, termination or suspension may affect access to unused digital credits or paid features.

14. Intellectual Property

The Lusttalks name, branding, logos, software, designs, graphics, text and other Platform materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit Platform materials without authorization.

15. Third-Party Services

Lusttalks may use third-party services such as payment providers, app stores, hosting providers, analytics services, security services and technical service providers. Such services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

16. Platform Availability

Lusttalks aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Lusttalks may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, security, technical issues or other operational reasons.

17. Changes to Services and Terms

Lusttalks may modify its services, features, pricing or these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Updated Terms may be published through the application or official website.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer-protection and other legal rights applicable to users.
